Privacy Policy

Personal data is any data that would allow you to be identified personally. The protection of the personal data of our customers, sales partners, suppliers, business partners and interested parties is very important to us. The following information gives you a simple overview about your personal data when you visit our website.

All incidental personal data shall be processed and used in accordance with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation. In general, we require your personal data in order to answer your queries or provide you with access to requested information or offers. We shall neither sell your personal data to third parties nor otherwise market it.

We will collect and use personal data for the implementation of the (contractual) business relationship with the Business Partner. This applies to both our (prospective) customers and to parties from which we purchase products and/or services. If you are our regular customer, we will store the personal data you provide and use it to inform you in the future by email of our existing products and services and maybe make an offer to you. We have a legitimate interest in the use of your personal data for this purpose, namely selling our products and services.

Ecorporates GmbH shall process following personal data for the above-mentioned purposes:

Customers

If you are our (potential) customer, we will use your data to send you quotation, to determine specifications, deliver items or perform work for you, to send you an invoice and communicate smoothly and efficiently with you about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

Suppliers

If you are our (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data will be used for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement. For purchase, we shall let you know about required specifications or services, send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, pay your invoices and communicate smoothly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.

Transfer to third parties

In connection with the implementation of a (possible) agreement, we may have to pass on your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials, and products or carry out work commissioned by us.

Newsletter

Each time we send you an advertisement mailing, you have the option to let us know you no longer want this. For this, see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing. If you are a one-time customer with us, we will only send you advertisement messages if you have given prior permission for this.

Storage period of personal data

Customers

If you have requested a quotation from us but have not become our customer, we will remove your data no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become our customer, we will keep your personal data for a duration of seven years after the end of the financial year in which our agreement with you was fully implemented. This period of seven years is equal to the period we are obliged to preserve our administration for the tax authorities. After this period has ended we will remove your personal data.

Suppliers and other contractors

If we have received a quotation from you but have not become a customer, your personal data will be removed no later than one year after our last contact. If we did become your customer we will keep your personal data for a duration of seven years after the end of the financial year in which our agreement with you was fully implemented. This period of seven years is equal to the period we are obliged to preserve our administration for the tax authorities. After this period has ended we will remove your personal data.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

Your rights

You have the right to request to view your personal data. If there is a reason for this, you can also request additions to your personal data or correction of inaccuracies. You also have the right to request that your personal data is removed or the use of your personal data is limited. You can also object to us against the collecting and use of your data or file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority. Finally, you can request to obtain your personal data or transfer of this data to a third person.
